In accordance with Spanish consumer protection laws, all prices displayed on our website are **VAT-inclusive (Gross)** at the standard Spanish rate of 21%. For international exports outside the European Union, this tax is automatically removed once you specify your shipping destination at checkout.

For European Union Customers

Spain & EU

For all purchases shipped within Spain and the rest of the European Union, the final price reflects the 21% VAT already included in the displayed amount. No additional taxes will be added at checkout.

Business Customers (B2B)

For business customers within the EU, please contact us directly at info@bf4gallery.com to discuss VAT options including reverse charge mechanism.

For International Customers (Outside EU)

No European VAT

Customers outside the European Union are not charged European VAT. Your purchase price will reflect the net price plus shipping costs only.

Are prices VAT-inclusive?

Yes. We follow a "Price You See is the Price You Pay" model for our European collection. All displayed prices include the 21% Spanish VAT. If you are purchasing from outside the EU, the system will adjust the total to the Net price (minus 21%) during the checkout process.

Do I pay import fees if buying within Spain?

No. Domestic purchases within Spain only include Spanish VAT (21%). There are no additional import or customs fees.

Can BF4 Gallery refund customs fees?
